Forsta combines with Rio SEO

USA – Customer and employee experience and market research firm Forsta merges with marketing platform Rio SEO.

The two companies said the agreement will enable Rio’s SEO technology to be integrated into the Forsta HX user experience platform. A new feature on Forsta HX includes Rio SEO Reviews, which will allow companies to use data from reviewed sites to add to their voice-of-the-work with clients, and also use Forsta’s Genius Text Analytics tool. Rio SEO Local Pages and Local Ads, tools that collect data on local landing page performance, impressions, clicks and local search rankings, are also integrated into the Forsta HX platform. Brands can also embed Forstin’s digital feedback tool into their local landing pages and locators and use Forstin’s SDK to embed feedback into their branded mobile apps, enabling behavioral data collection and digital intercept queries and surveys. The two companies said the agreement will enable Rio SEO technology integrated into the Forsta HX platform for user experience.

A new feature on Forsta HX includes Rio SEO Reviews, which will allow companies to use data from browsing pages to add to their user-optimized work, while also using Forsta’s Genius Text Analytics tool.

Rio SEO Local Pages and Local Ads, tools that collect data on local landing page performance, impressions, clicks and local search rankings, are also integrated into the Forsta HX platform.
