United States – Customer and employee experience and market research company Forsta is merging with marketing platform Rio SEO.
The two companies said Rio SEO’s technology would be integrated into the Forsta HX customer experience platform. New features of Forsta HX include Rio SEO Reviews, which allows businesses to use data from review sites to inform their voice-of-the-client work, and also use Forsta’s Genius text analysis tool. Rio SEO Local Pages and Local Listings, tools that collect data on local landing page performance, impressions, clicks and local search ranking, will also be integrated into the Forsta HX platform. Brands can also embed Forsta’s digital feedback tool into their local landing pages and locators, and use Forsta’s SDK to integrate feedback into their branded mobile apps, enabling behavioral data collection and digital queries and polls enabled. Forsta and Rio SEO are both owned by Press Ganey, with Rio SEO providing local marketing tools to increase brand visibility in search engines, social media and mapping applications.
